Help, my friend has been arrested!!

If your friend has been arrested and is in police custody you may wish to speak to a criminal defense attorney regarding the circumstances of that arrest. Your friend has the rights outlined above in Help I’ve been arrested. With your friend’s permission you may retain a criminal defense attorney on his or her behalf. Although you may pay the criminal defense attorney’s retainer fee, the criminal defense attorney represents the arrested person and cannot discuss the case with you, absent that person’s permission.
