Help, my friend has been arrested !!
If your friend has been arrested and is in police custody you may wish to speak to an attorney regarding the circumstances of that arrest. You friend has the rights outlined above in Help I've been arrested. With your friend's permission you may retain an attorney on his or her behalf. Although you may pay the attorney's retainer fee, the attorney represents the arrested person and cannot discuss the case with you, absent that persons permission.
